We are asking all of our friends and family to show their kindness FOR HAITI by making a one-time monetary gift between $50 and $200 to help us in sending critical supplies and gifts to orphanages in Haiti - we are now supporting over 100 orphans - and keep their YOUTHFUL AND INNOCENT Spirit alive and well.
WE SUPPORT MANY ORPHANAGES IN HAITI...
Your valuable contribution will go primarily torwards the many orphanages World Youth Served is currently supporting. Through our Logistics Partner, we now have an opportunity to work with the ÒFELINA PERPÉTUEL SECOURS ("Perpetuel Secours Orphanage") in Jeremie, Haiti. The orphanage serves about 40 youth; however, it has now found itself going through some very hard times after the devastating 7.2 magnitude earthquake that severely damaged the area. In the aftermath, there have been several aftershocks (3.0 to 5.0 magnitude) with little to no government support. As of November 2021, there are now gas, food and water shortages all over the country. To date, our partner has been able to procure food for the orphans to have one basic meal daily. Your contribution will help us in both our short-term and long-term objectives. In the short-term, we want to be able to provide the basic necessities to ensure immediate survival. These include not just meals, but also clothing and basic bedding. In the mid-term, our objective is to create the basic infrastructures for the proper development of the youth: our principal drive here is to implement online rooms for distance-learning, allowing the world to help these disenfranchised youth. In the long-term, we hope to build our own infrastructures in Haiti and provide resources directly to the disadvantaged in Haiti.
